As with any healthcare appointment, it may be necessary for your Sports Massage Therapist to ask you to remove some clothing. (You will never be asked to remove your underwear).
This is so they can see and touch areas of the body that are causing concern. If you feel uncomfortable undressing to your undewear you can wear loose clothing for example shorts or close fitting garments to enable them to work effectively.
