How to Get rid of Tension headaches

Here are some simple strategies to try at home today:

. Keep yourself hydrated, the workplace can be a dry environment, but don't forget about it even if you're working from home

. Screen time - almost impossible to avoid these days. Your head can be almost twice the weight if spending long periods of time looking down at mobile devices.

.Your workstation - I know lots of you will have been propped up on that kitchen chair recently, or is it the old threadbare office favourite! It may not be the best for your spine.
